Within this sub-section of XPG is a large, continually growing selection of mutation and power descriptions which you can 'cut' and 'paste' into your character bio's to help you model FCs and OCs on XPG. When selecting powers, please not that while all powers are sanctioned for play on XPG, some are limited to NPCs, or have been restricted because we don't wish to become the land of one thousand telepaths with claws and southern accents 'sugah'. We plan to color code this section in the coming months to make it easier for you when skimming selections as to what 'is' and 'isn't' currently allowed on XPG for play at this time.
