SUNPYRE: Leyu had returned to Japan along with her cousin, Kirika, after she was in need of a very much needed sabbatical. After the death of Kiri's mother, followed by the sudden demise of Illyana, Leyu went along with Kiri for moral support; to be there for her cousin when one no else could. No one else was alive that was close enough to her than she, Leyu, was.

It was not like Kiri could go up to her Uncle Kenuichio, Leyu's brother Shiro, or let alone the rest of the Clan members, for any family bonding and hoping that they would comfort her during these hard times. No! That's not what the males in the Yoshida or Yashida family did. That was for the women to do. The men in the families were the foundation of which supported their families. Work was first, families were second to the men in Yoshida and Yashida.

So, since she, Leyu, was the only female left in the Yoshida line, she was needed to comfort her dear cousin; also, she was needed to come back home for further training in helping Kiri to run the clan. Yes, Shiro and Kenuichio were still alive and were doing a profound job at running the clan, but the fact of the matter was, they would not be alive forever!

After her training and job had ended Leyu then went up to her brother to talk to him about returning to America. Kirika had already gone back a month and a half prior, and was, without a doubt in her mind, relaxing and not worrying about the clan at all. The clan could get a little frustrating at times, easily making the toughest of people frazzled by the clans needs. However, her wish in going back to the states would not be as easy as she had thought. Kenuichio had over heard their conversation and interrupted, stating that she would get to go back to the states if she won a fight with her brother. Though Shiro believed that his younger sister had attained control over her powers, Kenuichio was a little harder to pursued.

He was so involved in the Clan, being the leader of it and all, that he felt letting Leyu go off to the states unwatched by the clan, that they would be setting themselves up for destruction- should her powers flare up and she cause chaos across seas. Also, he was a little hesitant in wanting to let Leyu go. It was only he and Shiro running the clans right now, and with her help- of which she had shown much potential in becoming Kiri's right hand man… Well Lady… that the Clan would go far with both of them as their leaders- the easier their jobs would be! But Kenuichio did not state this, he kept this hidden from his cousins.

So after a vote from Clan members Leyu was needed to beat her brother in attempt to return to the states, to prove to the clan that she was very well acceptable at handling her powers as well as her brother, and did not need to be watched every minute of every day. In the end Leyu won the fight; though it was unclear if Shiro had let her win, or she had just out beated her brother. But the fact of the matter was, she proved to Kenuichio and the rest of the Clan that she had gain much control over her powers, much more so to even beat her brother in battle!

Inwardly, Kenuichio hoped to be setting her up so to keep her home, and within sight. But she had won, so he was going to need to live up to his promise, and allow for Leyu to return to the states.

When Kenuichio granted her her wish to return to the states Leyu felt as if the weight of the world had been lifted off her shoulders. She could not wait to get away from the Clan, and all of its hard work in maintaining order!

Fast forward a week and 12 hours, and Leyu was now standing at the entrance of the X-Mansion. With bags in hand Leyu looked up at the Victorian estate and smiled. For the first time in her life, she actually felt as if she was now home. Kiri would be waiting for her in there, no doubt ready to tell her all about what had happened since she, Kiri, had come back to the school. And to be honest, Leyu could not wait to hear all about it.

Pulling out her cell phone Leyu scrolled down her contacts and highlighted Kirika Yashida. She clicked the 'send message' icon and quickly typed: "Hey… I'm here now! Standing right outside. Come let me in." And with that Leyu pressed the send button and awaited for her cousins arrival. Which would no doubt have her waiting for to long!

TALON: Kirika had enjoyed the training session that the students had all partaken in earlier in the day. It was learning experience to everyone involved. She had just finished another exercise session when her cell phone buzzed, she slipped it out of the side pocket of her shorts. A smile crossed her lips as she saw it was Leyu.

'About time you got here, you've always been the slowest in the family.'

Kirika hit send as she made her way up to the front door, she could smell her cousins scent mixed in with her perfume standing just outside the door. She opened the door standing in a white top and black shorts, she crossed her arms under her breasts, he hair slightly unkempt from exercising.

"So slow and talk about lazy, she can't even carry her own bags."

Kirika just shook her head teasingly, then hugged her cousin welcoming her back. She then bent down nd picked up a few of the bags, "One would think the girl would think she is hot stuff or something."

Kirika pushed the door open with a hip, "So you got away from the Clan, good. So, you look well, how are you doing?"

She waited for her cousin to pick up the remaining bags.

Leyu texted Kirika back, a faint smile stretching across her face. She knew very well that Kirika was only making fun, which was okay with Leyu; she needed it, to help her keep herself sane from all the busy work she had to deal with over seas. She retrieved the last of her bags from her Viper and waited patiently for the door to open. As she did so she couldn't help but wonder why the door was locked in the first place. ("Someone must've locked it on their way in, or something") Leyu thought, fixing her gown and her hair.

Leyu was dressed in a casual, yet formal, curve hugging black dress, which fell to the length of her mid thighs. It was very stylish and it looked absolutely great on her petite frame. But what dress looked horrible on the gorgeous Leyu? Sunpyre was known for her interests in fashion, so much so it set her aside from the rest of the family, or making her to be the 'go to girl' in regards to anything her family would wear. The thought of what her cousin and brother would do without her input on what they would wear crossed her mind several times during the trip over to the states.

They had relied on her so much, that with her now gone, they would have to get input from others they barely put their trust into. Nonetheless, Leyu was happy to be gone and away from Japan. The sky's the limit when you come to America; and Leyu was going to take full advantage of it while her stay here.

Then, Kiri opened the door and Leyu smiled brightly, only for it to disappear as quickly as it came. "Who are you calling lazy, in that tone? I spent the last month and a half picking up your slack back home. If anybody should be lazy, you would need to wear the sign saying so right across your chest" Leyu jeered, then hugged her cousin.

"So you got away from the Clan, good. So, you look well, how are you doing?" Said Talon

She picked up her bags and walked into the mansion with Kiri on her side. "Yeah… Thank god in one piece. Your uncle, for give me Shinto for saying this, is an ass some times. I'll tell you more about what I mean later… " Leyu eyed her cousin as to tell her the news she had for her was not good. "But any way, what have you been up too? Anything happen since you returned?" Sunpyre added, taking the topic of discussion off her and onto her cousin, for a while.

TALON: Kirika was happy that her cousin was back, family together some what again. Without Yana things had been so lonely, and her father was rather distant, a grunt here and there at best. Plus the whole possibility of favortism, though there never would be any of that type nonsense between them. However, students would always make their own assumptionsd, Kirika was rich, head of a Criminal Organization, and the Daughter of a teacher at the school. Wolverine on top of that not a good combination what so ever.

"My slack? Me lazy, never. I left everything just fine." Kiri smirked, even though she did not, she pissed off her Uncle royally, this one trip home she just did not care, until about part way through it when she dove deep into the family business, and got used to how things worked. Leyu was a grand help indeed, there so was not much at all to do.

Then she was hugged back from Leyu, it felt good, "Missed you." She smiled again, "Maybe if we can find matching shirts 'Lazy' and for you 'Lazierer' you know cause you so cannot spell."

Kirika walked along with Leyu into the mansion and listened to her as she spoke of her Uncle being an ass. She only nodded in agreement. She knew that look, it told her there were problems back with the family, perhaps Kirika would need to make a trip to Japan again, sooner than she had hoped.

"As for what has happened since you were gone and I returned, we had training sessions today with new squads chosen. Capture the Flag and the such. Fairly interesting. And the normal every day school life. Cute girls, cute boys, you know."

Kiri looked to Leyu as they reach her cousin's room, "So, once inside, you must tell me what has happened back home."

SUNPYRE: "Yeah… Ha, ha, ha… Really funny" Leyu said in response to her cousins comment of matching shirts, one of which would say Lazier on hers. Leyu smirked at her cousin as she walked through the mansion by Kiri's side. Then, Kiri said that since she's been back, she had participated in a training session: Capture the Flag.

The school had formed squads, which she got a email from Professor Xavier that once she comes back, that she would be placed in Excalibur. Leyu was kind of looking forward to working with her peers in a team. The roster of who would be on her team was sent to her and she looked it over. To be familiar with who she would have to work with once she got back to the states.

"Yeah… I received a message from the Professor about the squad arrangements. I was placed in Excalibur. Which squad were you placed in? I did not see you listed under mine, so I assume your in a different one?" Leyu replied, carrying her bags up the stairs, and into her room. She placed her bags on her bed, turned, and looked to her cousin. She had said once they got into her room that she must tell her what had happened back home. Leyu sighed slightly and remembered back.

"Well… " Leyu started, walking to her door and closing it behind her cousin. "In order for me to have even come back to the states, I had to fight my brother. Your uncle was not having it; me coming back to the states without first proving to him that I had gained control over my power. He wanted to test how I did in battle, to see if I was able to handle intense situations, and not go all, as he put it, nuclear.

"So, I fought Shiro, seeing as we both shared the same abilities, and he was the only one in the clan that could handle my type of fighting style, both physical and power wise, and If I won the fight then I would get to come back. Well to make a long story short, I won the fight. But I think Shiro let me win. You know how he is" Leyu smirked at Kiri, walked to her back laying on her bed, and opened it.

"So, how's Logan? You two do anything together since you been back?"

TALON: "It would be so cute, seriously… "

Kirika smirked as she set her cousins bags down on the floor and shut the door behind them. She turned and looked to her cousin as she talked about received a message from the Professor. She smirked at Leyu's squad placement. As she had just fought them earlier in the day. And Kirika of course knew the reasoning behind the squad placement.

She just looked about Leyu's room for a moment then back to Leyu as Kirika began to open up Leyu's bags and put the girl's clothes away.

"Simple, the reason for neither of us being on a squad together is because I was made the Deputy Leader of the Mavericks, and if you would be placed under me, they would more than likely fear favoritism."

Once Kirika had put the first bag away, and then set the bag inside of the closet she turned back to Leyu as the girl spoke about exactly what her uncle had force them to do. She sighed briefly, "Why did you not call me? I could have spoken to him. Seriously there would not have been another Hiroshima, so his fears would have been diverted." She said solemnly letting Leyu know she knew that her cousin had full control of her powers, or close enough to beat Shiro. However, then a small smile crept over her face, "Well, maybe a Three Mile Island… " The Japanese girl could not miss a moment to tease her cousin, not one second. "But, seriously, I do know how my Uncle is, he still like most of our culture sadly sees us as staying home whether or not we can be useful."

Then Leyu brought up her father, Kirika rolled her eyes slightly, "Honestly we spoke when I arrived, it consisted of Hello, basically that was it, and a hug. Then nothing since, save for a few training classes."
