There are a million ways to describe Julian Keller, and each of them, in their own right, are correct. He is an attractive young man, the result of a top-rate upbringing and a rather lucky pull from the gene pool. He has dark hair, which he usually keeps medium-short, sometimes letting it lengthen or cutting it much shorter. He has hard, brown eyes, and a solid physique.

No matter the occasion, Julian simply seems to radiate a noticeable air of nonchalance. Regardless what he is wearing, doing, or saying, people constantly get the impression that he doesn't need to try very hard at all in order to look how he does, act like he does, and generally by himself. He is often found wearing anything from full suits to a pair of sweats- he takes pride in his appearance, though, and makes sure never to look unkempt.

Julian is an extroverted young man with lots of energy, an eagerness to prove himself, and a forceful and confident attitude. He is the first to volunteer, the last to leave class, and the first to wake up in the morning to go for a run. He is stubborn and unrelenting with himself, as well as his allies, and he is uncompromising to his enemies.

In social situations, Julian makes known what he wants to do, as well as what he thinks of what is happening. He is rarely ashamed of his own thoughts. In these situations, Julian uses his charm and projects the image that he is fun to be around in order to get his way. When mingling with his superiors, Julian still makes sure that his views are heard, though is more open to having his ideas rejected. It is obvious, however, that he documents when others do not listen to him, and never misses a chance to point out how success could have been accomplished, had they listened to him.

Despite his social standing, the boy has issues with people who simply ride along on their parents' wealth, or are talentless media-seekers. While he will tolerate those that allow themselves to be carried along on their parents’ success, he will never truly respect them, and will never truly call them a friend.

He has a powerful respect for hard work, and firmly believes that those who put forth effort receive what they deserve. Hellion has little patience for those who mope and groan about their situation, or the way that things are going for them. He is an advocate against inaction, and firmly believes than anything worth caring about is worth fighting for.

He has the money, power, and influence allotted to him by his parents, and acknowledges it, determined to use it in any way he can to make his visions become a reality. ADVANTAGES:

BLOODLINE - Being the son of a pair of multi-millionaire business tycoons has its advantages. Aside from the vast sums of money that Julian has at his disposal, thanks to his parents, one has to take into account the fact that the Keller family name is a powerful one. People usually don't want to get on the Kellers' bad side, and as such, will accommodate for anyone of their family.

CHARISMATIC - Perhaps a side-effect of his upbringing, Julian has a way of speaking that affords people to general agreeableness. He can talk his way out of most situations, and has been known to have entire groups of people laced delicately around his fingers.

CONFIDENCE - As a result of his unfailing success at getting what he wants, Julian is never concerned with failure. The boy is convinced that problems and issues needn't bother him as he will surmount them. This extends, though, further than that. Julian has absolutely no issue with making a spectacle of himself and sincerely believes that, with enough effort, he will be able to achieve anything at all.

PRESENCE - With an air about him that's akin to that of a celebrity, Julian simply cannot enter a room without people taking notice. This is, in part, due to way in which he carries himself and acts naturally- there is something in his personality that is wired to attract as much attention as possible.

POWERS:

TELEKINESIS - Hellion is able to move solid matter using his mind and psyche. When using his powers, his body gives off a bright, green aura, especially his hands, which seem to glow brighter than the rest of him. Also, Julian’s eyes begin to glow brightly, sometimes with green, crackling wisps coming off of them. Objects that Hellion is using his powers on tend to glow also.

Hellion’s powers developed extremely quickly compared to those of other mutants. Instead of developing slowly and growing steadily, they burst into bloom, leaving the youth with a large amount of power to control at once. This has caused a unique development in Hellion’s use of his powers. He can, with relative ease, use his powers on large scales (levitating large objects, blasting through things, etc). However, he has significant difficulty turning down the intensity of his abilities, and as such, fine control of his powers cannot be achieved. While he can lift a car, he cannot tie knots in a rope. Most often, attempts at minute uses of his powers result in dangerous, violent things happening.

Hellion is able to shoot blasts of concussive force which take the form of green waves/balls. With these concussive blasts, he is capable of great feats of strength that, otherwise, would be considered impossible.

Julian can manipulate objects of different sizes and shapes. Long range control isn't an issue, as long as his target is in his sight and within a half mile range. Hellion often over-taxes himself through overuse of his powers. This sort of over-working can lead to extreme exhaustion, unconsciousness, and sometimes physical damage to his body.

TELEKINETIC FLIGHT - By treating himself as an object, Julian is able to lift himself off the ground and fly. Flying in this manner can be taxing when done for extended periods of time. Carrying others with him not only wears him out faster, but also slows him down considerably.

TELEKINETIC FORCE FIELD – Hellion can produce force fields of varying sizes and shapes, but tends to resort to a spherical orb or solid wall. These fields shield him, and sometimes others, from varying degrees of danger. Its durability is dependent upon Hellion's state and how much energy he is putting forth to keep it steady. Obviously, it is much more difficult to keep his shield up while something is fighting against it. He can use this ability to shield others, as well as to imprison them.

FIGHTING SKILLS:

DIPLOMACY - After years of watching his parents weave their way through parties, talking to specific people and getting specific people to talk to one another, Julian has picked up a few tricks. He knows when to laugh at someone's jokes, when to flatter them, and how to mention something nonchalantly. He knows how to play the game, and he's surprisingly good at it.

FAST EXIT - Julian is never impeded when he truly wants something. If he wants to leave, there's hardly a thing in the world that'll keep him from doing it, and as fast as he wants to.

MANIPULATION - Partially due to how naturally charismatic he is, Julian has little trouble getting what he wants from people. He knows how to play with words and suggest just the right things. People hear what they want to hear- he just lets them hear it and reaps the benefits.

DISADVANTAGES:

COMPETITIVE - Constantly striving to be better than others, Julian is near-incapable of turning down a challenge. He gets an intense pleasure from beating others, and often challenges people to various competitions to assert his dominance. He adores his position at 'the top' and will fight to preserve it, all the while maintaining his sparkling image.

DETERMINATION - Raised by a true rags-to-riches story, Julian was a deepest belief that anyone can get anything they want, provided they try hard enough to get it. It's this sort of mentality that can drive a wedge between Julian and others- any and all of their problems are caused by a lack of effort on their part. At the same time, he sees any of his own shortcomings as reflections on himself and the amount of effort he puts into something. He can do it, he just has to try again, and try harder.

GRANDIOSE - Hellion has no understanding of subtlety. If it's with him, it's big and loud. He regularly makes a spectacle of himself, and has no issue with making things public. He vastly prefers large, wild parties to intimate get-togethers, and has made a habit of blowing some things out of proportion. Some believe that it is this part of his personality that keeps him from using his powers in minute situations.

UNIFORM:

At first glance Julian's uniform looks to be standard, but it actually stands out from others' in that he had its component pieces individually tailored. Also, it has white trim.

EQUIPMENT:

State-of-the-art everything. Julian has every gadget and gizmo a teen could want, including a number of mp3 players, phones, and various other devices.
