Tony Stark has no powers but when dawning the Iron Man Armor he gains the following abilities;

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE & TACTICAL COMPUTER - The suit is connected to Tony Stark's home AI (Jarvis) - this allows Jarvis to alert Iron Man to possible threats as well as access a wealth of information and tactical data.

The suit allows Tony Stark to zoom in on any object that is not obstructed in some way either by object, pollution or the curvature of the planet. Beyond this, his sight can also shift into other spectrums, including IR, UV and even see sound waves.

The suit has incredibly advanced sensors that allow Iron Man to keep track of all objects around him. This is done via a mixture of all modern tracking technologies, including radar, sonar and radio frequencies. The larger the object the farther away it can be sensed, up to many miles.

COUNTERMEASURES - Iron Man has a slew of countermeasures at his disposal. He can fire flares to confuse any heat based guidance systems, and because of the alloys and electronics in his suit he can jam or remain invisible most radar and sonar systems or other electronic surveillance.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION - Iron Man is shielded by nearly all harsh environments found on the planet (and off!). The suit can survive dives to over 1000 feet below sea level or as high as 70,000 feet above ground with no ill effects. It can also withstand temperatures from -200F to over 2500F while maintaining a comfortable 73 inside the suit. Hotter or colder temperatures are possible as well, although they will cause the interior temperatures to fluctuate.

SUPER TOUGHNESS - The Iron Man suit is made up of high tech polymers beyond even normal military grades. As such, he can withstand power blasts including direct hits from tanks, machine guns and rockets.

WEAPON ARRAY & FLIGHT SYSTEM - Iron Man has a vast array of weapons at his disposal. These include his Repulsor Rays in his hands, Uni-Beam in his chest, explosive Rockets from his wrist capable of taking out tanks, and shoulder fired anti-personnel rockets that can kill or disable with sedatives and can individually target up to 10 people at once.

Iron Man can fly at speeds of up to Mach 1.2 (960mph) with little effort and for extended periods of time.

This is also achieved by using his gauntlet linked replusors. Ironically enough the flight system is also the weapon system.

FIGHTING SKILLS:

COMBAT STYLE (Brawling) - Iron Man is not particularly graceful in combat, but he has quickly learned how to master the suit's movements in order to use its superior strength very effectively.

COMPUTERS - Tony Stark is a master of the overall science of electronic intelligence. He can do anything with a computer. Programming, hacking, cracking, it is all trivial to a man who has designed Artificial Intelligence systems.

GAMBLING - Is great at playing games, including, but not limited to, board, card, computer, dice, strategy, and tabletop games. Tony Stark always knows the odds and how to best turn them to his favor.

INVENTION - Tony Stark has the brain and resources to invent practically anything given enough time. The technology he is capable of is beyond that of most any developed nation.

DISADVANTAGES:

ADDICTION - Tony Stark has a problem with alcohol that can sometimes cause him issues in his day to day life.

The unibeam in the center of his chest can emit various types of light energy and his helmet contains communication devices, scanning equipment, and recording devices.

TRACER DEVICES - Iron Man has access to two main tracer devices that he uses to keep track of people and items during his adventures. The first is a short-range burr tracer, which is extremely small and has a relatively short transmission range of 1,500 feet.
