Neal Shaara is a man who is quick with a smile, an anecdote, or whatever he believes is needed in the situation. He is almost the typical nice guy, and has seemingly little or no malice in his heart. Even in the heat of battle he is smiling, masking any turmoil within with thick laughter, a humorous story, and a cavalier attitude.

There is no evil in him at all. Imbued at an early age with a deep, strong sense of justice taught to him by his father, Neal always strives to do what is right by his own standards. He is a constant helping hand to any who ask for one, a crying shoulder for anyone who needs it, and a friend unafraid to smack you upside the head when you need it and take you out for a beer or two.

POWERS:

PLASMA CONTROL - Neal can control fields of highly-charged particles, known as Plasma. His Power has two main uses. The first is shaping plasma fields into any shape desired, usually via his plasma shield. He can fire intense blasts of plasma, enough to render a human unconscious. He can form shields around him to prevent some physical attacks by ionizing all incoming matter and dissipating energy signatures.

PLASMA GENERATION: Neal can project Plasma fields around his body in close proximity. Due to the nature of this plasma, it does damage on two levels. The primary level is brute force; the field does physical damage as his hits his opponent or target. Due to the plasma's intense heat, there is also substantial burn damage.

FLIGHT - Neal can fly through air and space by directing his plasma downwards to achieve thrust. This created a trail behind him, and poses a danger to anyone immediately behind him, like a rocket's jet. Due to this method of flight he is capable of great speeds so long as he is contained in a protective shield. But it because he's recently just got his wings, Neal is having some issues with maneuvering.
